About the role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who's passionate about solving real user problems through intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. You'll work alongside a talented team of designers, researchers, and developers, collaborating on projects across industries like fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce.

What You'll Do

• Translate client goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder and user testing
• Work closely with developers during handoff and implementation
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations, communicating design rationale clearly
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (agency experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Strong skills in wireframing, visual design, and user flows
• Understanding of UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present your work confidently
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects

About the role

We're looking for a SaaS Product Designer who loves turning complex product logic into clear, elegant interfaces. You'll own design for data-rich dashboards, onboarding flows, and billing experiences — working side-by-side with founders, PMs, and engineers to ship measurable improvements.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end SaaS product experiences: onboarding, dashboards, settings, billing
• Partner with PMs and engineers to define scope, trade-offs, and success metrics
• Build interactive Figma prototypes and run usability tests with real users
• Contribute to and evolve the product design system (tokens, components, patterns)
• Analyze product analytics and user feedback to iterate on live features
• Present rationale to stakeholders and defend decisions with data and craft

Must-Haves

• 3+ years designing B2B SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong portfolio showing data-dense interfaces, flows, and shipped outcomes
• Fluency in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and component libraries
• Comfortable working with PRDs, analytics dashboards, and engineering constraints
• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll interface with US/EU clients
• Bonus: experience with AI/LLM product UX or fintech compliance flows
