Challenge:
Endurance athletes need training tools that adapt to real life—not generic plans buried in cluttered apps. Nduro had to unite AI-driven personalization with dependable flows for profile setup, adaptive planning, progress tracking, and fueling, while staying legible on the move and credible for athletes who live by their metrics.

Months timeline
To gain deeper insights into our audience, we conducted desk research on Reddit, developed user personas and a customer journey map (CJM). Additionally, we analyzed competitors to identify market standards and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
During the wireframing phase, we focused on interaction logic and building key user flows: profile setup, adaptive training planning, progress tracking, and fueling. The prototypes allowed us to quickly validate hypotheses, refine navigation, and ensure consistency across screens.
The visual style blends simplicity, motion, and personalization. We used a calm color palette, motivational accents, and clean typography optimized for readability on the move. The design supports both light and dark modes, features a clear hierarchy, and scales well as the product evolves.
High-fidelity compositions show how activity summaries, plans, and performance charts stay scannable between intervals—when glare, pace, and fatigue already compete for attention.
The result is a flexible design system covering all key user flows — from onboarding to progress tracking. We established a clear visual language that highlights personalization and supports the product’s scalability. The solutions are adaptable to future features and ensure consistency across platforms.
