Rizzo Network — UX design case study for a Web3 staking brand

In our journey to revolutionize the blockchain ecosystem, we redesigned the Rizzo Network website—a cutting-edge, investor-focused platform that provides transparent staking processes, innovative subnet insights, and a unique insurance model. Our redesign delivers a polished visual language, improved user interface, and enhanced interactivity to attract stakers, investors, and blockchain enthusiasts.

Challenge:

Rizzo Network is a validator operating within the decentralized Bittensor ecosystem and stands out as the first validator offering an innovative insurance model. The previous version of the website was overly simplistic, with long descriptions and unclear calls-to-action that did little to differentiate Rizzo from its competitors. New users—especially those new to staking and blockchain—struggled to understand the process due to the lack of clear instructions and an intuitive interface.

What We Did:

In early 2025, our team embarked on a comprehensive redesign of the Rizzo Network website. The primary objectives were to elevate the visual style, instill trust, improve user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), and ultimately attract a higher number of stakers, investors, and blockchain enthusiasts. By refining the content structure and enhancing the overall interactivity, we transformed a once-overlooked site into a modern, engaging, and investor-friendly platform.

Product design portfolio context for validators

Rizzo’s audience—crypto investors, blockchain enthusiasts, and experienced Bittensor users—expects transparency and robust technical detail without walls of jargon. The background work reframed a simplistic legacy site into a narrative that separates Rizzo from other validators.

Competitive signals, documentation, and mood direction aligned stakeholders before visual polish—reducing risk on a site where trust and clarity directly affect staking decisions.

Key pages—Home, Insurance, Validator, subnets, story, and careers—were structured for a logical flow with prominent stake-oriented actions, so newcomers and power users alike can orient quickly.

3D-forward visual language and high-tech polish

Concept exploration leaned into dynamic 3D, refined with a blue palette aligned to the brand. The outcome reads as premium infrastructure—not a generic token landing page.

Shipped pages that reinforce trust and conversion

Post-launch, clearer navigation, stronger CTAs, and transparent metrics supported engagement and confidence in the validator story—setting Rizzo up to grow with its roadmap.
